Nomination for AOCN India Elections 2026 can be filled up, from Friday, 5th December 2025, 10:00 AM to Monday, 15th December 2025, 5:00 PM, India Time.
Eligibility Criteria
President-Elect
Member of AOCN for at least 10 years.
Have held at least two positions on the Executive Board.
Secretary
Member of AOCN for at least 5 years.
Have held at least one prior Executive Board position and made significant contributions to AOCN activities (eg. organizing local events or conferences under the AOCN banner).
Treasurer
Member of AOCN for at least 3 years.
Must be based in Delhi/NCR to facilitate banking coordination.
Executive Board Members (5)
Member of AOCN for at least 3 years..
Should actively participate in AOCN activities as decided by the Board.

Your registered Email ID or Mobile Number, and
Your Membership Number and Membership Year.

Select the position that wish to apply for (President Elect OR Secretary OR Treasurer OR Executive Members (5): One representative from each zone:—North, South, East, West, Centre)
Enter your brief profile (upto 100 characters). This will be visible only to the Electoral Officer.
Upload your detailed CV (in PDF format only, of file size upto 2 MB). This will be visible to all voters.
Upload your photograph (in JPG, JPEG or PNG format, file size upto 2 MB)
Depending upon the position you wish to contest for, you are required to enter respective details.
You will need to provide a Proposer and Seconder for your nomination. These should be AOCN Members. They should approve your nomination before the end of nomination period. You will need to enter their AOCN Membership Number & Membership Year . The email id of the said member will be displayed. An email will be sent to both the proposer and seconder. Important: Kindly check with them in advance that their emails are in AOCN records. If their emails are not in AOCN records, you will not be allowed to submit your application.
After filling the nomination form, review all details carefully and click Submit.
A message will be displayed that your nomination has been successfully submitted.
Important to note that your Proposer AND Seconder are required to approve your nomination BEFORE 15th December 2025, 5:00 PM, India Time
Nomination Withdrawal
You can withdraw your nomination between Monday, 25th December 2025, 10 AM to Wednesday, 31st December 2025, 5 PM India Time.

You will receive an OTP on your mobile by SMS as well as by email
Please enter this 4-digit OTP
You will see your nomination.
There will be an option to withdraw. Click on that.
A message will be displayed that your nomination has been withdrawn.
Proposers and Seconders (to approve by 15th December 2025, 5:00 PM, India Time)
AOCN Members who have been mentioned as Proposer and Seconder will receive an email with a link.
On clicking the link, you will be directed to a page where you will see name of the AOCN member and the position for which the member has submitted a nomination.
To approve the candidature, click on APPROVE option.
You will receive an OTP on your mobile by SMS as well as by email
Please enter this 4-digit OTP and click on Submit
A message will be displayed that your support for candidature has been successfully submitted.
