Voting | Nominee

Go to the IAN website www.ianindia.org. On the home page, at the bottom right side, in the Quick Link section, click on the link for IAN Elections 2025.
You will be redirected to our secure online election platform. The IAN logo will appear at the top.
You will need to log in with the following credentials:
1. Your registered Email ID OR Mobile number
2. Your LM number (only number, without Zero at the beginning)
3. Click on Submit

You will receive an OTP on your mobile by SMS as well as by email
Please enter this 4 digit OTP and click on Validate OTP
You will be able to login and see the Nomination Form Click on "IAN Election 2025" Box.
Select the position that wish to apply for ( President Elect )
Enter your brief profile (upto 100 characters). This will be visible only to the Electoral Officer.
Upload your detailed CV (in PDF format only, of file size upto 2 MB). This will be visible to all voters.
Upload your photograph (in JPG, JPEG or PNG format, file size upto 2 MB)
Depending upon the position you wish to contest for, you are required to enter respective details.
You will need to provide a Proposer and Seconder for your nomination. These should be IAN Life Members. They should approve your nomination before the end of nomination period. You will need to enter their IAN Life Membership Number (Please add only Membership Number, without Zero at the beginning). Email id of the said member will be displayed. An email will be sent to both the proposer and seconder. Important: Kindly check with them in advance that their emails are in IAN records. If their emails are not in IAN records, you will not be allowed to submit your application.
Then click SUBMIT
A message will be displayed that your nomination has been successfully submitted.
Important to note that your Proposer AND Seconder are required to approve your nomination BEFORE Monday, October 6, 2025, 5 PM India Time

You can withdraw your nomination, between Tuesday, September 30, 2025, 7 PM India Time to Monday, October 13, 2025, 5 PM India Time
You can go to the IAN website. Using the same link to login.
You will receive an OTP on your mobile by SMS as well as by email, valid for 10 minutes
Please enter this 4 digit OTP
Your will see your nomination.
There will be an option to Withdraw. Click on that.
A message will be displayed that your nomination has been withdrawn.

IAN Life Members who have been mentioned as Proposer and Seconder will receive an email with a link.
On clicking the link, you will be directed to a page where you will see name of the IAN member and the position for which the member has submitted nomination.
To approve the candidature, click on APPROVE option.
You will receive an OTP on your mobile by SMS as well as by email
Please enter this 4 digit OTP and click on Submit
A message will be displayed that your support for candidature has been successfully submitted.

Go to IAN website
Click on Nomination Link
Login, as per procedure mentioned in Nomination section
You will see a message You have already submitted your nomination for this election.
On the right top corner, there is an option to View Details. Click on that.
You will see status of your nomination (approved / rejected) by
1. Proposer
2. Seconder
3. Electoral Officer

If you are able to login, you will be able to login to the election portal
